Our management fees are typically divided into three components: a Fixed Fee and an Incentive Fee.

Incentive Fee: This fee is calculated as a percentage of your hotel's Gross Operating Profit (GOP) The Incentive Fee percentage varies based on performance and circumstances.

Fixed Fee: For greater predictability and control over costs, we also offer the option of a Fixed Monthly Fee. This option provides a set, monthly charge for our services, regardless of your hotel’s revenue or profitability. The Fixed Monthly Fee is ideal for businesses seeking a stable, consistent cost structure.
